We aim to equip young people with public policy tools to help them achieve social change.

Our Approach:

At Action for Impact Foundation, we believe that young people should be at the centre of developing, implementing, and evaluating programs and policies that affect their lives. With like-minded civil society organisations and youth-led organisations, we try to elevate their efforts and voices. We try our best in amplifying their perspectives and accelerating their inclusion in decision-making spaces.

Our Intent:

We as a part of the Action for Impact Volunteers Program we train young people with skills and tools in Policy Analysis, Advocacy and Leadership. We aim to equip young people with public policy tools to help them achieve social change.

We try our best to enable them in the following way:

  • Training and enabling young people to catalyse action for social impact
  • strengthen their relationships and networks at the regional and national level to encourage strategic, coordinated, and collaborative advocacy
  • Training them with Adaptive Leadership Modules
  • Equipping them with Design and Survey Research Tools
  • Workshop on Evidence based Public Policies Interventions
  • Developing Collaborative leadership and helping them developing social network
  • Capacity Building Workshops and skill development Training
  • Building entrepreneurial sprit
  • Team building Sessions
  • Strengthening skills of young leaders
  • Supporting youth advocacy
  • Ensure that young people have a substantive voice
  • Support young people to fully participate and meaningfully engage in processes related to their role and responsibilities with other development stakeholders
  • Conducting training of trainers session for young people
  • Increase and formalize meaningful opportunities for professional development.
